As estabilished and approved in 1994 as the first Romanian air operator, Fly Company Ltd., has conducted its business over various activities: general aviation, aerial work, passenger transport, emergency and medical transport (HEMS), chemical treatments in agriculture, fire fighting, transportation assembly parts for the latest ski slopes in the country (Kalinderu sport track from White Valley/Valea Albă, Buşteni and/or Sorica sport track from Azuga).

In 2007, the air operator Certificate AOC (RO28) was granted and the the Fly Company Ltd. has extended its activities, including passenger service with the American made helicopter Bell 222SP / 230.
